Job Description
We are seeking a talented consultant to join our CFO Services team. Rehmann’s Business Solutions group combines executive level talent with the latest technology tools to provide industry-specific financial guidance that drives and maximizes bottom-line results. Our professionals provide our clients with flexible, customized financial solutions that support their key strategic decisions and day-to-day operations. This role will focus on the following areas:
Managing & performing execution for CFO Services projects focused in the following areas:
Leading fractional CFO support engagements driving improvement in areas such as:
Developing dynamic financial models to support strategic planning
Providing financial leadership and support with budgeting, acquisition and other key business processes
Creating cash management and forecasting tools
Working with management on key metrics and driving business improvement
Completing department assessments
Improving month-end closing, reporting and analysis
Leading CFO oriented projects in areas such as:
Performing product or service cost studies
Completing profitability by product or customer projects
Improving ERP software utilization
Supporting due diligence project for buy/sell side activities
Leading refinance or restructuring efforts
Developing the sales pipeline and market for CFO services
Working internally with the business development team
Working externally with the business referral networks, community and industry organizations
Driving opportunities for CFO Services and related transactional accounting outsourcing
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial consulting or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting
Knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
