About the role

We are looking for experienced Senior Finance and Accounting Professionals to support an AI-focused project involving complex accounting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and finance advisory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and provide accurate accounting and finance guidance.
• Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and financial questions.
• Review financial information and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Apply professional accounting and finance expertise to real-world business scenarios.
• Support advisory-style questions related to SMB finance and accounting.
• Evaluate financial situations and communicate recommendations clearly and professionally.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the United States.
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or a related field.
• Experience working as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Consultant, or equivalent senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries.
• Experience providing financial guidance or advisory support to SMBs and/or business owners.
• Active experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO) OR prior experience with Omni Chat.
• Experience supporting or managing financial matters across multiple businesses/companies is preferred.
• Self-employed professionals and SMB owners with strong hands-on finance experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Benefits

Immediate availability is preferred. Initial engagement is for 10 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.

Pay

$200 per approved task
