CES - Sales Development Representative
About the role

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and disciplined pipeline development activity. The role introduces prospective clients to Computershare Entity Solutions and helps identify organizations seeking to modernize entity management, compliance, risk, and governance processes.
Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and engage senior legal, compliance, and corporate governance stakeholders.
- Qualify business needs and transition sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.
- Success is measured through meetings booked, qualified opportunities generated, pipeline created, CRM discipline, and contribution to overall sales growth.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of business-to-business sales development practices, prospecting methods, lead qualification, CRM management, and sales enablement tools.
- Experience with HubSpot, Gong.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and similar tools is preferred.
- Ability to understand and communicate the value of entity management, compliance, risk, and governance solutions to prospective clients.
- 3-4 years of accounting or account reconciliation experience in a high-paced environment.
- 2-3 years of Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or equivalent business-to-business sales experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
