Certified Wound Care Clinician/Nurse
About the role
Gentell is one of the largest vertically integrated wound care companies in the world, headquartered in Yardley, PA with global offices, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants. We are seeking a licensed nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will live within the Northwestern Virginia (Winchester, Shenandoah Valley, Harrisburg) area and travel to facility locations across multiple cities.
Day travel and some overnights may be required, including early morning wound rounds based on facility schedules. Periodic (annual at minimum) corporate training may involve flight travel and hotel stays. Travel arrangements are made and paid for through our travel management system, with reimbursement of incidental expenses.
We are committed to the health and safety of our employees and customers, requiring self-monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms and adherence to CDC and CMS guidelines. Full PPE is provided for facility visits, along with telehealth tools for remote servicing.
Responsibilities
- Work with long-term care facilities in a designated territory to assist with wound assessments and treatment decisions.
- Monitor proper application and utilization of wound care products.
- Understand Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines.
- Educate facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirements.
- Order wound care products through our internal system “FastCare” for residents.
- Support facilities' wound care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and understanding of product coverage guidelines.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OTR-L, DPM, or similar).
- Exemplary customer service skills.

- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Hard-working and motivated.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Must live in the designated area and be willing to travel daily.
