Certified Welding Inspector/NDT MT Level II - Perm and Contract - Denver, CO

Responsibilities

• Perform examinations of materials in accordance with procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which qualified and exercise assigned responsibility for OJT and guidance of trainees.
• Interface with department managers and clients to determine scope of work and work priorities in order to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare written instructions and organize and report the results of examinations.
• Work independently and support team members.
• Perform other job related tasks as needed and assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• CWI certification
• NDT Level II certification
• Additional NDT MT (Dry yoke) certification

Qualifications

• Experience in material examination and testing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Benefits

• Typical hourly pay range for this position is $35-$45 based on experience and certifications.
• Part time contract includes per diem and travel in/out at start/completion of project.
• Permanent position is for local candidates or those willing to relocate to the Denver area of Colorado.
