Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in training and development roles.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories.
