Certified Trainer - Back Bay
About the role
Levain Bakery was founded in 1995 by competitive triathletes and passionate bakers Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald. Their iconic chocolate‑chip walnut cookie started as a training snack and grew into a beloved product sold at the original West 74th Street shop and now at bakeries nationwide and through e‑commerce gift boxes. The bakery’s vision is to give rise to lifelong memories and its mission is to bring together people who treat their work and the craft of baking with great care. Every day the team strives to embody the five core values: Welcome All, Work Hard and Be Kind, Lead with Heart, Rise Up, and Savor It. As a Certified Trainer you will be the gold standard of Levain’s training and coaching, serving as a brand ambassador who ensures all team members are well‑trained, embody the bakery’s values and standards, and use the MIX training system to deliver comprehensive programs and support continuous development.
We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
