Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all personnel.
• Manage traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles.
• Deliver exceptional service and protection to clients.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs as required.

Requirements

• Flagger certification.
• 6+ months of experience in traffic control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Reliable phone for communication.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
• Willingness to work in diverse environments and conditions.
