Certified Teacher - Adolescent Outpatient Treatment Program (Full-Time)

About the role

A certified teacher is needed to join the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at High Focus Centers in Paoli, PA. The program runs from September 2026 to the end of the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic instruction aligned with each student’s home school curriculum
• Adapt lessons and implement IEP/504 accommodations to meet individual learning needs
• Maintain communication with school liaisons, parents, and treatment team members
• Foster engagement, confidence, and resilience for students experiencing academic disruption
• Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to holistic care planning
• Prepare progress updates and final transition reports upon student discharge
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and FERPA standards

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification required (Special Education Certification strongly preferred)
• Experience working with adolescents preferred
• Experience in behavioral health, therapeutic, or alternative education settings is a plus
