Role: Certified Surgical Technologist First Assist in the Main Operating Room. Collaborations: Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing staff, and students to ensure patient safety, quality outcomes, and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Certification as a Surgical Technologist First Assist, with knowledge of sterile techniques, patient positioning, and intraoperative procedures.
