About the role

Join as a full-time CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) responsible for supporting surgical teams in the Operating Rooms. The role involves providing nursing care activities under RN supervision, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques, sterilization, and surgical procedures, and assisting with patient care tailored to various age groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care activities under RN supervision
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and sterilization procedures
• Assist with surgical procedures and patient care for various age groups
• Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, surgical instruments, and anesthetic agents
• Comply with hospital policies and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• NBSTSA certification
• At least one year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• BLS certification (must be obtained within 14 days of hire)

• Strong technical knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments
