The Certified Surgical Technician plays a critical role in supporting surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use. Responsibilities

• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained, adhering to infection control standards and hospital policies.
• Monitor and manage surgical supplies inventory to guarantee availability and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient surgical environment, including post-operative cleanup and documentation.
