Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintain and track sterile supplies to support a variety of surgical specialties
• Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Work closely with surgical staff to ensure efficiency and patient safety

Requirements

• Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT or CRCST) – Required
• Minimum of 2 years of sterile processing experience, preferably in a surgical setting
• Longevity in past roles – We value stability and commitment!
• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and equipment maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
