Seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician to clean, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment while following strict infection-control and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Clean surgical instruments and medical equipment
- Inspect instruments for damage and functionality
- Assemble instrument trays and sets
- Sterilize instruments using approved methods
- Distribute sterile supplies to surgical areas
- Follow strict infection-control and safety procedures
Requirements
- Sterile Processing Technician certification required
- Sterile processing experience required
- Experience with surgical instruments and sterilization procedures
- Knowledge of decontamination and instrument assembly
- Ability to follow infection-control and safety protocols
