Certified Sterile Process Technician - Sterile Process (Evenings)

About the role

The CSPT II is a certified sterile processing technician with a minimum of 12 months of experience as a CSPT I or at least 24 months of active experience in the role at an acute care facility with an active sterile processing department prior to employment at THS. This role demonstrates competency in all aspects of sterile processing and acts as a resource for other employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of related experience
• Working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures in sterile processing

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Sterile Processing Technician or Certified Endoscopy Technician
• Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician I or at least 24 months of active experience as a certified sterile processing technician in an acute care facility with an active sterile processing department prior to employment at THS
• Must meet the requirements outlined in the CSPT Clinical Ladder Policy
