Requirements
- Current ESE certification
- Experience working with ESE students in grades K-12 is a plus
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Responsibilities
- Create engaging lessons aligned with student IEP goals, fostering a safe and welcoming classroom
- Assess progress and use differentiated strategies
- Celebrate milestones and collaborate with paraprofessionals, parents, and staff
- Maintain a structured environment that promotes positivity and success
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives and stay updated on best practices
- Engage in professional development
- Ensure confidentiality in managing student information
Schedule
Full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
