Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $64.34/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Part Time hours available. 40-hour workweek not guaranteed.
• Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities

Teach group and private lessons, work with guests of all ages and abilities, deliver world class guest service, create a safe and fun learning environment, support ski school needs, provide guest feedback, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be comfortable working with guests of all ages, especially children aged 3 and older
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements

Pay Range

The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $64.34/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Background Check

The role requires further background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania before starting work.
