Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, manage safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, cleanliness, crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, and security.
- Train new employees.
Requirements
- Must have completed McDonald's Management Training Courses.
