Responsibilities
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Lead Departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
- Manage Crew and Managers to deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and ensure food quality and safety.
- Hire, train, and schedule crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
- Support Crew by helping them get off to a good start and recognizing and motivating them throughout their time working there.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and the passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
