Job Summary
As a Respiratory Therapist at TriStar Horizon Medical Center, you'll play a crucial role in guiding patients through routine and critical care, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and managing ventilation and airways.
Qualifications
- STABLE must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date (RRT/RCP-State)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Neonate Resuscitation Program, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate Degree

About the Role
TriStar Horizon Medical Center is a 150+ bed regional medical center offering a wide range of services including cardiology, diagnostic imaging, emergency, inpatient rehabilitation, oncology, orthopedics, and women’s services. It is accredited as a Chest Pain Center and a Primary Stroke Center, and offers emergency heart and stroke care. The center also has a satellite campus, TriStar Natchez, which provides imaging and oncology services and operates a 24/7, full-service ER.
