Stay updated with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and equipment.
Contribute to a high-visibility work environment with measurable results.
Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment usage.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for therapy sessions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Utilize pipelines to assess potential success in therapy outcomes.
Adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans.
Participate in performance reviews and goal-setting sessions.

Days, 7a - 7p, call required

Call requirements: 7p-7a following each 7a-7p shift; 3 shifts a week

Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy in a clinical setting

Proficient in using the latest respiratory therapy equipment and techniques

Strong ability to educate patients and families on respiratory care protocols

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards

Demonstrated ability to work in high-visibility environments with measurable outcomes

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with healthcare teams
