About the role
We are actively seeking Certified Residential and Certified General Appraisers to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Access to a dedicated Appraiser Support Lead for questions and training
- One-on-one training and coaching provided
- Assistance with software and workflow best practices
- Guidance through the upcoming UAD 3.6 transition in November
- Consistent workflow to help achieve financial goals

Requirements
- Active Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser License
- Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
