Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)- Mid Coast Senior Health
For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for CRMAs:
- 0-1 years of experience: $2,500 (full time)
- 1+ years of experience: $4,000 (full time)
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a full- or part-time CRMA position. Bonus amount is prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
About the role
The Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations and standards of nursing practice under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides personal care services to residents in the role of PSS.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: Completion of a forty (40) hour CRMA certification required. Current PSS course within 90 days of start date required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Experience: Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
Any offer of employment will depend on qualifications such as skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
