Key Responsibilities
- Carry out pre-anesthesia assessments and create tailored anesthesia care plans.
- Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) under the supervision of surgeons and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain vigilance over patients during procedures and handle any anesthesia-related complications promptly.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and manage pain management needs.
- Accurately document all activities in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Outstanding clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Graduated from an accredited school of anesthesia.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals.

$40,000 sign-on bonus*
Schedule
No call, no overnight, minimal weekend shifts, latest shift ends at 9:30pm.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions
- Frequent walking, bending, lifting may be required to perform duties.
- Work in an operating room environment, but can also be in Radiology, ICU, ER, or wherever nurse anesthesia services are needed in the hospital.
- Exposure to communicable diseases and other hazards.
- Driving may be required, depending on specialty.
