Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Per Diem

About the role

Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in Central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, is seeking a per diem CRNA.

Responsibilities

• Join an established, stable, hospital-employed team of 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs in a supportive medical direction model.
• Provide full-spectrum anesthesia services to a diverse patient population with a strong focus on safety and quality (staffing ratios 1:2 / 1:3).
• Participate in a collaborative anesthesia care team model with CRNAs encouraged to be part of the full spectrum of care including neuraxial, regional, and invasive line placement.
• Opportunity for a wide range of shifts, including extra shifts at premium pay for those interested.
• Practice across multiple locations: Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill, and Little Falls, with flexibility for CRNAs living in Albany, Binghamton, Utica, or Syracuse.

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification
• New York State Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS Certification

Pay

Per diem rate: $225.00 per hour (less than 2 years’ experience) / $250.00 per hour (more than 2 years’ experience).
