About the role
We are seeking a certified CRNA to provide anesthesia services in a fast-paced inpatient and outpatient setting in northern Minnesota. The role involves covering 8-hour shifts and night call, working in a team care model with independent practice.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of procedures, with patient volumes ranging from 2-3 to 10-12 daily
- Support over 3,000 surgeries annually
- Manage cases including general, pediatric, ENT, orthopedic, OB, urology, diabetes insipidus, and vascular (excluding cardiac and neuro except CEAs)
Work Environment
- Facilities equipped with 4 ORs, 17 same-day surgery cubicles, 6 PACU bays, and a dedicated pre-anesthesia testing unit
Qualifications
- Certification as a CRNA
- Strong clinical skills in varied anesthesia techniques
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR is preferred
