About the role
Narragansett Bay Anesthesia is a new partnership with USAP Rhode Island! Newly drafted compensation packages for Full-Time providers starting at $270k annually. Call is available at Kent and South County Hospitals and is voluntary and self-scheduled. Call stipends are offered; callback hours are paid at 1.5 times regular hourly rate. A $10k travel allowance is provided for providers working a weekly minimum of 24 hours at Kent Hospital and at least 2 additional facilities regularly for 6 months, prorated amount for less than 40 hours weekly. A generous Student Retention Bonus of $20k is offered for a 5-year/60-month commitment (hours at Kent required). The bonus becomes eligible for travel allowances after 5 years. It is paid out in increments of $20k at the end of each 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services at multiple facilities including Butler Hospital, Kent Hospital, Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, Roger Williams Medical Center, South County Hospital, RI Ortho, and University Orthopedics.
- Treat a variety of cases such as General, Bariatric, Ortho, Podiatry, Vascular, GU, Neuro, GYN, Thoracic, Endo, Surg Oncology, Robots, GYN-OB, and Pedi-Dental.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Completion of an accredited CRNA program.
- Current licensure to practice as a CRNA in the state of Rhode Island.
