About the role
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a civilian Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients under the supervision of a physician.
- Monitor patients during anesthesia and recovery.
- Prepare and maintain operating rooms and equipment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure patient care continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Masters degree from an accredited program in anesthesia
- 4 years of experience as a CRNA
- Current active state license
- Certified CRNA
- BLS and ACLS certifications
Qualifications
- Experience in a military treatment facility setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of anesthesia administration techniques
- Ability to manage stress and handle emergencies
- Effective problem-solving skills
