Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Role & Responsibilities: Practice in a care team model alongside anesthesiologists within a multidisciplinary group. Work primarily in a high-volume transplant unit, handling complex and challenging cases. Participate in education, research, hospital committees, and team workgroups. Opportunities for leadership roles are available. Qualifications & Skills: Open to new graduates and experienced CRNAs. Must have current certification. Ability to work with high acuity patients and perform a broad spectrum of procedures. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to patient care are essential. Key Duties Provide anesthesia care in a state-of-the-art facilityCollaborate closely with anesthesiologists in a multidisciplinary teamManage high-acuity and complex cases, including unique proceduresEngage in hospital committees, education, and research activitiesPossibility to pursue leadership roles and participate in team initiatives Additional Details: Full-time position with flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours). Post-call time off is compensated to support work-life balance. Multiple roles available, including for traveling teams.
