About the role
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide locum tenens support in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for various cases including general, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, and pediatrics (ages 5 and up)
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation
- Ensure patient safety and collaborate with surgical teams
Schedule
10-hour or 12-hour shifts, with specific scheduling arrangements.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania nursing license or willingness to obtain one (credentialing timeframe of 90 days)
- Strong clinical skills in anesthesia management across diverse surgical specialties
- Proficiency in EMR documentation
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and adaptability
- Knowledge of anesthesia care for patients aged 5 and above
