Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
About the role
HCA Florida Northside Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join their collaborative team. This is a no call, no nights, no weekends position providing excellent work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Care Team Model of 2 Cardiac, 4 General Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs
- Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc.
- No OB/Trauma/Peds.
- No Call.
- Shift model: 8s or 10s available. Docs cover nights/weekends and can do their own cases.
- CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must have:
- Current Florida RN license
- Current Florida CRNA license
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with peripheral nerve blocks
- Experience with airway management
- Cardiac anesthesia experience
Skills
Essential skills include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in airway management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Benefits
Very competitive base salary plus $10K geographic stipend. Additional $15K stipend if cardiac proficient. $75K Start Date Bonus and $10K relocation assistance available.
