About the role
The Nurse Anesthetist will administer anesthesia, monitor patient vital signs and oversee patient recovery from anesthesia. The case mix is general surgery, urology, ENT, OBGYN, orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, and pediatric dental.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia
- Maintain patient safety during anesthesia administration
- Monitor patient vital signs
- Oversight of patient recovery from anesthesia
- Work in 5 operating suites, 2 endoscopy suites, and 1 urological suite
Requirements
- Valid KY RN license
- CRNA certification
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
