• Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); R-ARRT(Copy Needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• 1 Reference in entire work history
• Will accept covid declination
• 1 reference from the past 12 months
• No local candidates, must be 50 miles away from F.
