Certified Project Manager / PMP Certification Trainer (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor employees throughout their PMP certification journey.
• Assess employee knowledge through quizzes, mock exams, and practical exercises.
• Provide individualized feedback and study plans to improve exam readiness.
• Facilitate workshops on project management principles, methodologies, and leadership skills.
• Train employees on PMBOK Guide concepts, Agile, predictive, hybrid, and adaptive project management approaches.
• Maintain current knowledge of PMI standards, certification updates, and industry best practices.
• Support employees in meeting PMP eligibility requirements and completing certification applications.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
• 6 to 8 years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering professional training or adult education.
• Strong understanding of PMI standards, PMBOK Guide, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and virtual learning platforms.
