Responsibilities
- Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
- Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.
- Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
- Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
Requirements

- Good organizational skills and detail oriented
- Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology
- Able to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills

- Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law

Pay
- Starting salary from $21.00 an hour and up
- $3.00/HR shift differential for WEEKEND schedules
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before July 31, 2026
