About the role

The Pharmacy Technician provides exceptional care of patients by assisting the Pharmacist in the safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications and the maintenance of pharmacy inventory.

Qualifications

• Maintain a current Pharmacy Tech Certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Typing speed: 25 wpm accurately
• Strong multi-tasking, computer entry, good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work to meet customer needs
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to perform accurate dosing
