Act as the primary liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and external pharmacies to streamline communication and resolve care barriers.

Access & Navigation

Lead benefit investigations and prior authorizations, securing patient access to essential medications through financial assistance and community resources.

Inventory & Systems Excellence

Oversee the lifecycle of our medications by managing automated dispensing systems, optimizing drug shortage strategies, and ensuring rigorous inventory accuracy.

Collaborative Care

Partner closely with Pharmacists to develop educational materials and ensure all charges are coded and batched with precision to support seamless department operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
