Certified Pharmacy Technician

About the role

We're seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support specialty pharmacy intake operations. This role focuses on data entry, reviewing referrals, verifying prescription and patient information, and coordinating with providers to ensure timely prescription processing.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals for accuracy and completeness
• Create and update patient profiles
• Perform initial prescription reviews
• Communicate with providers regarding missing information, clarifications, and referral status
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Update provider information in pharmacy systems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience (excluding trainee experience)
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• Current PTCB Certification

Pay

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST
