Responsibilities
- Design customized workout plans to help members meet their fitness goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide professional instruction
- Build and retain a personal training client base over time
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified and committed to continuing education
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness, or related field, or national personal training certification
Prior personal training experience is preferred but not required. We offer certification resources for candidates who aspire to become certified or need to recertify.
