Responsibilities

• Understand the specific needs and limitations of every client and facilitate safe, fun and results-driven fitness programming.
• Progressive goal setting for every client.
• Build and maintain equipment and ensure safety.
• Conduct initial fitness consultations.
• Engage with members to drive new client acquisition.
• Design fitness programs for individual client success.
• Serve personal training sessions.
• Monthly assessment of client progress and opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Act as a fitness expert, knowledgeable about new trends.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR/AED certification within 30 days of employment.
• Completed in-house CPR/AED, Smart Fitness Certification, PT Onboarding, and assigned online education courses within 30 days of hire.
• Education/Certification Requirements: Valid CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of employment. (Must be completed in person, not online).

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $16.90—$17.87 USD

Schedule

Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late-night shifts.
