About the role

EōS Fitness is a motivating company that blends training programs and nutritional counseling to instill the value of health and fitness in its members. We seek Personal Trainers who can enhance the quality of life for their communities and help them achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities

• Understand the specific needs and limitations of every client and facilitate safe, fun, and results-driven fitness programming.
• Progressive goal setting for every client.
• Build and maintain equipment and ensure safety.
• Conduct initial fitness consultations.
• Engage with members to drive new client acquisition.
• Design fitness programs for individual client success.
• Serve personal training sessions.
• Monthly assessment of client progress and opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Act as a fitness expert, knowledgeable about products, programs, and events.
• Stay updated on new fitness trends.

• Portrays a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• For the fitness enthusiast who wants to be a Personal Trainer but has not yet started:
• No experience needed, we will certify you in Personal Training and CPR in-house post-hire.
• Complete in-house CPR/AED, Smart Fitness Certification, PT Onboarding, and assigned online education courses within 30 days of hire.
• Level 1 PT: Less than 1 year of experience, has either a CPT or a bachelor's degree in an exercise science.
• Level 2 PT: Experienced trainers with 2 certifications or 1 year verified industry experience.

Skills

• Valid CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Valid certifications current, active, and maintained throughout employment.

Pay

• Hourly Pay Range: $17.87—$17.95 USD

Schedule

• Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late nights.
