About the role
EōS Fitness is seeking Personal Trainers who can enhance the quality of life in their community, one person at a time. We blend training programs and nutritional counseling to instill the value of health and fitness in every member. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a drive for success, and a commitment to motivating clients to achieve optimal results. This role involves understanding each client's specific needs and limitations to facilitate safe, fun, and results-driven fitness programming.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial fitness consultations and progressive goal setting for every client
- Engage with members to drive new client acquisition
- Design personalized fitness programs for individual client success
- Service personal training sessions and conduct monthly assessments of client progress
- Maintain building and equipment safety
- Deliver customer service excellence (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
- Serve as a fitness expert (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.)
- Stay updated on new fitness trends
- Maintain valid and current certifications throughout employment

- Comfortable with computers/technology, phone etiquette, and basic math
- Portrays a healthy lifestyle
- Valid CPR/AED certification within 30 days of employment (must be completed in person, not online)
- Must successfully pass a background check
Qualifications
- Experience Level 0 PT: No experience needed. For fitness enthusiasts who want to become Personal Trainers. In-house certification in Personal Training and CPR provided post-hire. Job requirement: Complete in-house CPR/AED, Smart Fitness Certification, PT Onboarding, and assigned online education courses within 30 days of hire. Pay: $17.50/hr session rate (all states excluding CA); $17.50/hr non-session rate (CA only).
- Level 1 PT: For beginning-level trainers with less than 1 year of experience, holding either a CPT or a bachelor's degree in exercise science. Pay: $20/hr session rate.
- Level 2 PT: For experienced trainers with 2 certifications or 1 year of verified industry experience. Pay: $25/hr session rate.

Pay
- Experience Level 0 PT: $17.50/hr (session rate, all states excluding CA; non-session rate in CA only)
- Level 1 PT: $20/hr (session rate)
- Level 2 PT: $25/hr (session rate)
- Eligible for additional compensation, including commission, bonus, and tenure pay ($15–$30 USD)
Schedule
- Available to work varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late-night shifts
