We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse the posting. Content: - Mission/Vision statements: "Change Lives With Recovery Innovations! Our Mission is to empower people on their journey to recovery, helping them achieve their goals, rediscover meaning and purpose in life, and reconnect with themselves and their communities. Our Vision is to revolutionize healthcare by pioneering innovative solutions that go beyond behavioral health, empowering people to thrive in the communities where they live, work, and play. Join a groundbreaking team at the forefront of Peer-Powered Support , empowering individuals on their journey through mental health and substance use challenges! Be part of something bigger—together, we can change lives and create lasting hope!" That's about the organization. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction says headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for mission/vision and description. - Position: Peer Support Specialist I - Job Type: Full-Time / Non-Exempt. Temporary Up To 12 Week Assignment. - Shift Details: Rotating schedule 7:00PM - 7:30AM - Work Location: Crisis - Franklin County Crisis Care Center; Columbus, Ohio - Salary/Hourly Wage: $19.00 hour - Specialties / Licenses Or Certifications: Valid Peer Support Certification Paid Peer Training available - Summary of Job: The Peer Support Specialist I provides support and recovery training to individuals receiving services. The Peer Support Specialist I also assists in implementing/creating a recovery environment and acts as an advocate for the needs and rights of every individual. - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties (Guest Care & Advocacy, Compliance & Risk Management, Cross Functional Collaboration, Additional Duties) - Benefits paragraph: "Your well-being and success are our priority at RI—explore our benefits and discover how we invest in YOU every step of the way! As an innovative leader in behavioral health care, we are committed to supporting our teams through a comprehensive benefits package. This includes competitive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to mental health resources and wellness programs. We offer a strong retirement plan with company matching and generous paid time off to support work-life balance. In addition, we provide ongoing opportunities for professional development and training to help you advance in your career. We value the contributions of our team members and are dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally." - Job Requirements: includes Education/Licenses, Experience, Skills, Driving Requirements, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment. - Also ADDENDUM sections for various states (Arizona, Louisiana, Ohio, Washington). Those are specific requirements: "Must be 21 years or older." etc. Should be included under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements. - Also there is EEO boilerplate etc which we must remove. - Also "Benefits/perks listed above may vary depending on the nature of your employment..." that's a note about benefits; we can keep but it's somewhat generic. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a disclaimer. Might be okay to keep but it's not specific benefit. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This benefits note is not exactly EEO but it's a disclaimer about benefits varying. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO. It's a note about benefits varying. Could keep but it's not adding much. Might be okay to keep as part of Benefits section. - Also "The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors..." that's about Pay. It's somewhat generic but includes info about wage range considerations. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not a specific wage range; they already gave $19.00 hour. This paragraph is about compensation decisions. Could be considered boilerplate but it's about Pay. Might keep as part of Pay section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They did state Salary/Hourly Wage: $19.00 hour. So we can include Pay section with that specific wage. The extra paragraph about wage range considerations is more generic; could be omitted as it's not specific detail? It says "The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors..." That's not a specific wage range; it's a disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit. - Also "At Recovery Innovations compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case." That's also generic. Thus Pay section: just the $19.00 hour. Schedule: Rotating schedule 7:00PM - 7:30AM. Also mention Temporary Up To 12 Week Assignment? That's job type/duration. Could be under Schedule or Job Type. Since Schedule heading is for schedule details, we can include shift details and maybe mention temporary assignment length? Might be better to include under Schedule: Rotating schedule 7:00PM - 7:30AM; Temporary up to 12 week assignment. But the instruction: never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. They gave Shift Details: Rotating schedule 7:00PM - 7:30AM. So we can include Schedule. Now Benefits: we have paragraph describing benefits. Also note about benefits may vary; we could keep as part of Benefits but maybe it's boilerplate. I'd keep the substantive benefits paragraph and maybe omit the disclaimer line. Now About the role: we can include mission/vision and summary of job? Actually summary of job is separate; but we can put mission/vision under About the role, and maybe also a brief description of role. The summary of job could be part of Responsibilities? But we have Essential Duties. The summary is a brief overview; we could include it under About the role as well. Responsibilities: we have Essential Duties And Responsibilities with subheadings Guest Care & Advocacy, Compliance & Risk Management, Cross Functional Collaboration, Additional Duties. We need to output as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn each duty into list items. The subheadings could be kept as part of list items? Probably we can keep them as part of the list item text. Thus Responsibilities section:

    Responsibilities

    • Guest Care & Advocacy: Provides peer support to engage individuals in a recovery partnership and assists in identifying participant’s hopes and dreams and the solutions they are seeking. Teaches recovery and life skills using recovery tools. Models hope, personal responsibility and self-advocacy to demonstrate how recovery goals can be respectfully met and how a belief in self is maintained. Assists in developing natural supports and community living. Cultivates connectedness in the person’s life (self, others, the environment, and to meaning and purpose).
    • ... etc. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet's content exactly as given, maybe split into separate list items for each major duty category. The posting has bullet-like lines but not actual bullet formatting. We'll create list items for each of the four categories. Now Requirements/Qualifications: The posting has "Job Requirements" with sub-sections: Education/Licenses, Experience, Skills, Driving Requirements, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment, plus ADDENDUM state-specific requirements. We need to decide whether to use Requirements or Qualifications heading. The instruction lists both as possible headings. We can combine them under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since they have both Education/Licenses and Experience etc, we can put under Requirements. We need to output list items for each requirement. Should we keep subheadings as part of list items? Probably yes. Thus Requirements section:

      Requirements

      • ADDENDUM – Washington Education Licensure Certification Additional specified state registration for Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) Misc. Requirement
We need to ensure we preserve all info; note that some lines have punctuation weirdness; we keep as is. Now Benefits section: we have paragraph about benefits. We'll output as

      Benefits
