Certified Ophthalmic Tech

Responsibilities

• Perform basic technical duties
• Screen patients
• Conduct testing
• Assist providers as necessary
• Maintain clinical areas
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisor
• Instill eye drops in patients' eyes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Three (3) years relevant experience
• Certification in one of the following: Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (C.O.A.), Certified Ophthalmic Technician (C.O.T.), Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technician (C.O.M.T.), or Certified Retinal Angiographer (C.R.A.)
• Basic Life Support certification

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (7.5 hours daily).

Pay

Hourly rate: $39.60. The displayed rate is the hiring rate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education, or other relevant factors.
