About the Role

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Littleton clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-Time, PRN
• Full-time schedules: Monday-Friday, optional Saturdays
• 4-10s and 4-8s schedule available for full-time team members
• Part-time schedules: flexible and based on clinic needs
• Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay

• $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time (terms and conditions apply)
• $2,500 Sign On Bonus for Part-time / PRN (terms and conditions apply)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0-21) in outpatient and virtual settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

Requirements

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges
