About the role
Continuum Rehab Group offers in-house therapy within Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. Responsibilities
- Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Assesses and documents patient progress and communicates with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
- Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
- Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided according to regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications
This position is open to therapists at all experience levels. Required qualifications include being licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
