In this role, you’ll provide essential support to help residents regain independence and improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities: Assist in evaluating residents and developing customized treatment plans.Support residents in performing daily tasks and therapeutic activities.Promote rehabilitation and monitor progress.Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Requirements: Current Florida State COTA License.Prior experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
