Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Pay

$50-$55 per visit
