About the role

Kidzoola Therapy Center is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time or part-time role. The position offers flexible scheduling, supportive mentorship, and a $5,000 sign-on / relocation bonus. New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Implement treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver engaging, play-based therapy
  • Collaborate with caregivers and teammates
  • Complete documentation clearly and promptly
  • Participate in supervision and team meetings

Requirements

  • Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Montana (or ability to obtain)
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
  • Pediatric experience preferred, not required
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians. Applicants should have a passion for child-led therapy, hands-on work with kids, and being part of a supportive team.
