Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Experienced Clinician

About the role
Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships. Teammates can expect a productivity expectation of 75% of their week.
Pay
Compensation options:
- Hourly ($33-36)
- Pay-per-billed-visit ($42–$54/hour)
- Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually
- 2% bilingual increase
- Sign-on bonus up to $8,000

Schedule
Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and flexible schedules built around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited COTA program
- NBCOT certification
- Colorado DORA COTA license, or ability to obtain within 3 months
- 5+ years of clinical experience
